Scaling Talent
Scaling Talent workshops are designed to complement and add value to new and existing learning and development initiatives. They are also designed to complement programmes delivered through our Prime Leadership system. Scalable, depending upon your need, each module can be delivered as stand-alone or built into longer length programmes with clear action planning and to create a growing toolkit as part of a continuous development journey.
Virtual workshops are designed to be delivered in 2 parts, 90 minutes each, with the opportunity to practice skills and learning in the workplace in between. The 2nd session includes the opportunity to reflect, receive developmental feedback and define actions for ongoing development.
