Gary, a founder and CEO of Primeast Global, has worked in learning and development for over thirty years, supporting clients with the design and delivery of culture, change and leadership development programmes.
Prior to his career at Primeast, Gary spent three years at Operation Raleigh, a worldwide expedition charity that supports young people, as the UK selection and training team manager. In his downtime he enjoys a passion for adventure and the great outdoors and is lucky enough to have the Yorkshire countryside on his doorstep to explore.
Beth is CEO of Primeast North America and brings over 25 years of human potential development experience and a passion for helping organizations scale.
Beth works with leadership teams globally and locally, working at the individual and organizational levels. She is passionate about the human spirit's ability to change and grow. Believing it all starts with the small voice inside each of us! She has experience working at all levels in the organization to foster development.
A founder of Primeast and highly skilled facilitator, Warwick has been designing and delivering programmes for over thirty years and is experienced and accredited in a range of evidence-based tools used to support learning and development.
Warwick has travelled the world delivering learning and development with locations as far-reaching as Costa rica, Papua New Guinea and Cameroon. He is particularly experienced in delivery and facilitation in the oil, gas and pharma sectors.
A Director of Primeast, Russell, is a highly skilled facilitator, coach and consultant. Accredited and experienced in applying a host of assessment tools including the Leadership Circle and Barrett Values.
Based in the UK, Russell works globally, designing and delivering leadership and development programmes. He supports senior leaders and leadership teams, helping them to develop their leadership effectiveness to improve not just their own performance and that of their teams but also to deliver significant business growth.
Simon is our Lead Client Partner and a Director at Primeast. He is an accredited coach and facilitator with a broad range of experience in design and delivery, both face-to-face and virtually.
Simon focuses on leadership and management of personal & team development training and assessment programmes in the commercial, public and charity sectors. Using tools such as the Leadership Circle Profile and Barrett Values Culture tool focuses on the growth of individuals and businesses. When he is not doing that you'll find him walking and cycling the hills and dales of Yorkshire.
A Director of Primeast, Martin is a highly experienced facilitator and accredited professional coach. He designs and delivers transformational programmes utilising the Leadership Circle™, EQi and values assessments for insight and growth.
Martin plays an active role in regional coaching forums and is always happy to advocate the impact of coaching in learning and development. He has worked in a range of sectors in particular pharmaceutical and technology and is passionate about developing the greatest impact for his clients.
As a Director and Head of Client Solutions, Emma supports clients with programme design drawing on her years of experience in learning and development.
Always calm, whatever the challenges, Emma can be relied on get the job done. Her experience and expertise in learning an development has influenced the way we design learning experiences to be truly engaging and meaningful for all participants at all levels.
Heading up Sales and Marketing and a Director, Sarah and the team work closely with colleagues to develop leading edge products and services which are designed to meet client needs.

An experienced trainer, course developer and learning and development specialist, Owen has spent the last ten years working in the Far East delivering face-to-face and virtually for a range of clients.
Returning to the UK after a stint working in learning and development in the far east, it hasn't taken Owen long to settle back into his passion for cricket, quickly signing up to play in his local cricket team.
Margaret has over 20 years of experience in coaching, training, group facilitation, organisational development and change management. She utilises the principles of “brain-friendly” learning to ensure high engagement in training sessions.
Margaret is a superb programme designer and is highly focused on the client context which ensures her delivery is completely on point and directly relates to the learner workplace. He has worked across all sectors, with significant support to the energy, pharmaceutical, technology, and manufacturing industries as well as improving the effectiveness of social entrepreneurs in the developing world.
Working as Programme Manager, Jo is a methodical and clear thinker when it comes to delivering the best experience for her clients, both from learner and project sponsor perspective and often goes above and beyond to achieve this.
Jo takes great care to listen and understand her clients needs and works with the client partners and consultants to provide a smooth and efficient process during programme delivery.
