This workshop is aimed at first line managers and change champions and can form part of a wider change programme. Successful change efforts require engagement so understanding how people react when things are uncertain is critical. This module explores the dynamics and the human response to change, equipping participants to be 'change-ready' in the future.
With change now business-as-usual, employees need to master their own response to change to be able to continually adapt and grow in line with demands of change and disruption. This takes resilience, curiosity and and understanding of the process and motivation for change.
