Delivering sustainable performance in complex and challenging times requires increased resilience and a healthy approach to wellbeing. This module is designed to equip participants with a practical toolkit which can be drawn on to reset and support self and others in managing wellbeing to ensure continued high performance and positive results.

Mental Fitness

Understanding how to preserve your emotional and mental wellbeing is a critical skill in managing yourself so that you can be your best self, every day. Being aware of the ebb and flow of your own energy levels requires a deep understanding of why you operate the way you do and how to align yourself positively so that you feel happy, fulfilled and motivated to do your best work. Learning to harness and preserve your mental fitness and taking responsibility for it, means that you can also support your teams in doing so, resulting in a thriving workplace.

Exploring the wellbeing wheel and a deep dive into the 4 key dimensions

Developing an awareness of the importance of wellbeing and how to manage and support self and others in maintaining a strong healthy performance
