Our People

We prioritise the development of our internal team, associate team members and the participants on our programmes. By investing in our own training and development, we ensure we continue to work effectively with our clients, helping them to develop employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

We promote health and prosperity for all our employees and the diverse groups we work with. We prioritise work-life balance through our inner and outer game development approach and encourage this mindset when working with leaders and managers in client organisations.

We ensure that our employees receive a living wage, providing fair compensation for their work. In addition to the basic salary, we offer bonuses, rewards, pension contributions, and support for training and education including an annual bursary. We believe in supporting the financial well-being of our employees.

Promote and Support

We promote and support causes that provide benefit and prosperity to the local community and employees. We actively engage with organisations like Horticap and other causes that are nominated by our employees. By dedicating time and resources to non-profit organisations and social enterprises, we contribute to positive social change.

We prioritise choosing local suppliers and vendors such as our IT services and stationary suppliers with a focus on providing sustainable products and services. By supporting local businesses, we contribute to the growth and development of our community.



Our team members seek out opportunities to support social enterprise activities both in our region and working with our clients. This includes virtual programmes such as our series of Leaders Connect events. Additionally, we provide incentivised or free places to charitable associations, ensuring that valuable knowledge and insights are accessible to a wider audience.

We prioritise social responsibility and strive for authentic inclusion in both workplaces and society. Our programmes incorporate inclusivity content, adhere to accessibility standards, and promote language and internal education and training. Resource Efficiency

We take proactive action to reduce our carbon footprint as an employer, by only using the resources we need to (e.g. just in time purchasing) and minimising waste through recycling.

Carbon Footprint

We take positive action to reduce air miles and fuel usage, working with regionalised delivery teams, promoting car-sharing/Cycle to Work policies, adopting hybrid working to reduce carbon emissions, and making green energy choices wherever we can.
