During the design and development stage we create the evaluation system to help provide the evidence of business impact. Primeast consultants are accredited in the New World Kirkpatrick Model and will support your team and help to provide data for evidence of impact and results. This will often be supplemented with standards and benchmarks, progress monitoring methods and the creation of frameworks which can be used to support ongoing development and performance measures or KPIs.

Kirkpatrick New World Model

We will design evaluation processes for Levels 1 and 2 which we use to inform design dynamically. This can take the form of feedback surveys and the capture of visual records and outputs from the programme sessions. We often supplement these with action planning, development planning and development journaling to aid reflection, observation and to allow for developmental feedback.

We then supplement this evaluation with Levels 3 and 4 Leading Indicators which measure 'How have the participants applied their learning?' and 'What impact has the programme had on business performance?'

Employing this system of evaluation provides the critical return on investment data you need to support learning and development investment decisions in the future and ensures we deliver training and development that makes a difference to your people and your business.

A new approach to learning and development

Many of our clients tell us they've had lots of training and development before but its not quite delivering. Our approach is different. Because we don't tell people about the skills they need, we help them develop the skills AND the thinking they need to become more successful in both their personal and professional lives.

Supporting participants to build self-awareness and emotional intelligence equips them with the self-knowledge to change their own behaviours. We help them to understand why they behave the way they do and to practice new ways of thinking and doing. We design realistic scenarios and create activities which help the participants apply the learning to their workplace situation. The learning is relevant to their role and experience and facilitators are experienced in uncovering insights and providing developmental feedback in a safe environment which helps them practice new behaviours and skills. As a result participants experience real and sustainable changes in their performance.
