The future is uncertain which is why it is more important than ever to have a clear and articulated plan, however fluid that might be. Good leaders right now are speculating on what the world and its priorities will be like later in 2020 in order that they may position themselves well to be of the greatest service to their customers and the wider global community. This attitude will determine their relevance and success in a post-pandemic world.

Start by asking the big questions

In the workshop, you will examine, using a range of methods, 4 key scenarios and will be provided with the materials and guidance to help you test and stretch the alternative scenarios. As an outcome, you will find clear and focused thinking to help you lead with clarity.

  • What is the worst case scenario for society and for our business?
  • What is the best case?
  • What is the most likely outcome?
  • What outcome do we intend to create?

Examining the potential scenarios

During the course of the Scenario Planning workshop, your facilitator will guide you towards the scenario you intend to create. The difference between being reactive and creative has been proven to be the most significant indicator of successful leadership and the primary determinant of performance.

Your facilitator will take you through the scenario planning process and enable shared insight, challenge and help you develop a deeper understanding of the consequences and opportunities open to you as a leadership team.
