Gary, founder and CEO of Primeast Global, has worked in organization development for 30 years, supporting clients with culture, change and leadership development.
Prior to his career at Primeast, Gary spent three years at Operation Raleigh, a worldwide expedition charity that supports young people, as the UK selection and training team manager. In his downtime he enjoys a passion for adventure and the great outdoors and is lucky enough to have the Yorkshire countryside on his doorstep to explore.
Margaret has over 20 years of experience in coaching, training, group facilitation, organizational development and change management.
Margaret is a superb program designer and is highly focused on the client context which ensures her delivery is completely on point and directly relates to the learner workplace. Ted cut his cloth as a pivotal executive of the corporate-HR division of India’s largest power company, NTPC Ltd. Later at the
