PrimeFocus™ Mini-Assessment: Complete the Self-Assessment
Change-Readiness Indicator: Complete the Assessment
A practical workshop which can be applied to live situations, equipping participants with a number of frameworks which can be employed. Participants will complete a number of exercises allowing them to try and fail in a safe environment and receive developmental feedback to improve their skills in giving effective feedback. Participants will explore a number of different situations - from live in-the-moment to formal performance management situations.
This question often fills people with dread. It is important to encourage and model openness and develop a learning mindset throughout the organisation for feedback to be effective; to create a culture where feedback is a gift and seen as an opportunity to grow. Creating this culture starts with the leaders who need to practice compassionate and radical candour as an example to all both in terms of giving and receiving feedback. Some simple tools will help people become confident in how to support their colleagues through positive feedback.
An exploration of theory and best practice and the different types of situations where feedback can be helpfully given and received
Participants will complete a number of practical activities to build confidence on using a range of frameworks for feedback

Investing in employee development has proven to not only improve performance, but also to improve retention as employees expect and seek out employers who will provide personal and professional development.
