Learning Transfer gets Results

Measuring what Matters

We recommend a clear starting point. By conducting a skills gap analysis at the start we can design a program that develops the skills you need. This allows us to then measure progress and evidence it through application of learning.

Many learners leave ‘traditional’ training programs with great knowledge and theory but little confidence in actually practising and implementing the learning.

We create activities and processes to apply the learning and then measure, either through a self-assessment, a 180 assessment, or an impact study.

This provides clear measures of the improvement in management and leadership practises.
