Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way. Knowing yourself and how you connect with others is essential in todays world of cross cultural teams. The insights and actions explored in the workshop will help participants develop their EI to become more personally and professionally successful.

Growing emotional intelligence is the most powerful enabler for your teams as they develop to be future fit. The ability to self-regulate and self-lead will provide a strong foundation for them to build on a continue their own development. Understanding your own patterns of thinking and behaviours means that you can begin to recognise them and overcome them.

Completion of an Emotional Intelligence self-assessment to help participants identify EI skills critical to workplace success

Examining the impact of behaviour on communication, influencing others and their performance

Exploring a range of approaches that participants can begin to implement in order to manage and develop their own emotional maturity
