His career has evolved from leading adult learners to empowering employee professional development and ultimately shaping organizational strategy.

Additionally, let’s extend a warm welcome to Sharon Wilson, who joins the Primeast NA Design team alongside Margaret and Iryna. Sharon is a learning experience designer and certified coach specializing in empowerment, behavior change, and conscious living. With a diverse background in corporate, healthcare, higher education, and non-profit sectors, she designs programs that foster awareness, authentic communication, and collaboration. Her work helps individuals and organizations build stronger relationships and create lasting impact.
