Rebeca Lazo
We are delighted to share that this year, Rebeca Lazo has joined Primeast full time and has been promoted to North America Senior Client Engagement Manager. Over the past year, Rebeca has done a fabulous job of managing the implementation of all the NA programs for Arrow. During that time, she has built a trusted advisor relationship with all members of the Arrow client team, while wearing the various hats that our CEM’s wear including design support, producer scheduling and back-up, on boarding associates to projects and putting processes in place to support smooth execution of their programs. She has done this all with a calm demeanor even under pressure and always with our Primeast values of Partnership, Integrity and performance in the mix.
This year as she continues to take on the oversight of more Arrow programing, she also will be working closely with our core team to shore up our end-to-end processes, support our social media efforts, tighten up the administration of our corporate coaching program and work closely with our new outsourced producer team.
