The importance of receiving participant and facilitator feedback is an essential quality control tool. It helps our design and delivery team uncover blind spots, refine our content, and foster trust and engagement in our programs.
Please ensure at least 5 minutes is set aside at the end of your workshop to encourage participants to fill out the survey while their experience is still fresh in their minds.
