With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, financial services, media, and high-tech industries, Beth brings extensive expertise in sales, marketing, management, and human development to her executive coaching and facilitation work. Her corporate background includes leadership roles in advertising and publishing, where she was part of an executive team providing consulting and sales services to the newspaper industry.
Beth is known for her high-energy facilitation style, engaging participants to inspire meaningful behavior change and improved workplace performance. Owen has spent much of his career in the Far East and now in EMEA, designing and delivering high-energy, experiential leadership programs for employees at all levels across sectors like engineering, construction, oil & gas, telecommunications, and public services. His professional background includes work in both the private and public sectors, delivering impactful programs for major organizations.
Since joining Primeast in 2020, Owen has specialized in the design and delivery of engaging leadership and management programs, facilitating dynamic sessions for small and large groups alike. He holds an MA in Global Cultures, is a BVC Certified Practitioner, CIPD Level 5, Globesmart Culture, and IBI accredited, bringing a wealth of expertise to every session.
