Gary Edwards, CEO and founding director of Primeast, is a dynamic facilitator and trainer with over 30 years of experience in leadership, teamwork, and culture change. Specializing in designing and delivering impactful interventions, Gary has worked globally across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa.

His expertise lies in helping organizations thrive in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) world by mastering matrix, virtual, and remote teamwork, fostering cultural alignment, and developing high-performing teams to drive collaboration, innovation, and growth.

Martin is a partner at Primeast, a seasoned management consultant, facilitator, speaker, and professional coach with a global reach. Based in the UK, he uses his extensive experience to guide managers and leaders through personal and cultural change.

Martin has held senior management roles, including Head of Finance, University Manager, and Head of L&D, where he worked with professionals at all levels—from graduates to executives—on leadership, organizational development, transformation, and coaching.

A specialist in leadership development, Martin has worked across industries such as oil and gas, IT, finance, pharmaceutical, and education. Beth is our Primeast North America CEO. She is a Professional Certified Coach, Leadership Circle Certified, and a certified practitioner in MBTI, Barrett Values,DISC and EQi 2.0. With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, financial services, media, and high-tech industries, Beth brings extensive expertise in sales, marketing, management, and human development to her executive coaching and facilitation work. Her corporate background includes leadership roles in advertising and publishing, where she was part of an executive team providing consulting and sales services to the newspaper industry.
Beth is known for her high-energy facilitation style, engaging participants to inspire meaningful behavior change and improved workplace performance. She integrates values-based leadership, emotional intelligence, and 3-D vision—driving transformation at individual, team, and organizational levels. Owen has spent much of his career in the Far East and now in EMEA, designing and delivering high-energy, experiential leadership programs for employees at all levels across sectors like engineering, construction, oil & gas, telecommunications, and public services. His professional background includes work in both the private and public sectors, delivering impactful programs for major organizations.

Since joining Primeast in 2020, Owen has specialized in the design and delivery of engaging leadership and management programs, facilitating dynamic sessions for small and large groups alike. He holds an MA in Global Cultures, is a BVC Certified Practitioner, CIPD Level 5, Globesmart Culture, and IBI accredited, bringing a wealth of expertise to every session.

A learning professional since 2007, she began her career in Financial Services, excelling in delivery, design, and content management roles.

Since joining Primeast in 2018, Michelle has collaborated with global clients across industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Housing, Engineering, Agriculture, and Manufacturing. Her skills include project management, learning needs analysis, competency frameworks, instructor-led design, blended solutions, and eLearning development.

As a certified ATD Instructional Designer, Michelle is passionate about designing engaging, effective learning experiences that drive learner success. She also leverages her expertise as a Barrett Values Centre Certified Practitioner to help clients understand and evolve their organizational culture.
