DiSC Training UK

What is DiSC?

The DiSC assessment is a personality powerful tool designed to improve workplace communication and teamwork. DiSC helps individuals understand their own behavioural styles and how these styles affect their interactions with others. DiSC itself is an acronym that stands for four primary personality traits:

  1. Dominance
  2. Influence
  3. Steadiness
  4. Compliance

By identifying the characteristics of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness, DiSC provides a comprehensive overview of team dynamics and offers actionable insights to foster a more harmonious and productive workplace. The model was first proposed by William Moulton Marston in 1928.
