To keep pace with growth and change, they knew they needed to accelerate their senior leadership pipeline. They wanted leaders who could inspire teams, think systemically, and lead authentically, while strengthening diversity and inclusion at the highest levels.

The Brief

What The Client Asked For

The ambition was clear: create a prestigious flagship programme that would stretch and support a select group of leaders, many already operating at senior levels, as well as those identified as future successors. It needed to be practical and human-centred, while also setting the tone of ambition through high-profile guest speakers, inspiring venues, and networking opportunities.

Above all, the programme had to equip participants with the mindset, skills, and confidence to deliver impact far beyond their current remit and position them as the next generation of enterprise leaders.

The Solution

What We Delivered

Primeast created LIFE – Leading, Inspiring, Facilitating and Empowering – a year-long journey for 12 carefully selected leaders. The programme blended powerful elements to create a hands-on, career-defining experience:

  • Leadership Circle Profile (LCP): revealing leadership strengths and development opportunities.
  • Six two-day modules: experiential sessions exploring authenticity, relationships, systems awareness, and achievement.
  • Four 1-1 coaching sessions per participant: Embedding learning and translating insight into action. This is supported by Pulse helping coachee and their coach track progress over 6-12 month period ensuring leadership focus, continuous feedback, keeping the learning alive and relevant.
  • Learning Stack: workbooks, tools, videos, bite-sized learning, personal development plans, and curated reading.
  • Prestige and Inspiration: ambitious venues, guest speakers, and networking that set the tone for ambition.

The combination of deep insight, practical tools, and personalised coaching meant participants weren’t just learning about leadership, they were living it.

The Results

What We Achieved

The LIFE programme proved transformative. Leaders reported greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, and the confidence to lead authentically in complex systems. They became more strategic, collaborative, and aligned with organisational priorities, strengthening succession planning and accelerating readiness for senior appointments.

On a personal level, participants described the experience as career-defining, with coaching providing the space to reflect, experiment, and embed new habits.

The success of LIFE 2024 has led to its expansion. A new cohort is now underway in 2025, enhanced to keep it fresh, relevant, and impactful.
