Our communication skills are being tested now more than ever. But despite the changes we are facing, an ability to communicate well and influence effectively is critical to success. Doing this effectively requires greater emotional connection and a more empathic approach to communication. This workshop reveals the benefits of generative listening and will help participants develop an intuitive, authentic and open communication style. By exploring a number of proven communications and influencing techniques, participants will build confidence in creating the most powerful impact every time, whatever their business context.
