If you put the work into building strong team dynamics from the beginning, your teams will perform far better. High performing teams thrive irrespective of the challenges; this is due to being united in the team's purpose, having efficient processes and systems in place along with shared values and behaviour frameworks. This module will examine how to build a charter that takes account of all these factors. Participants will create an action plan for conducting the process with their teams back in the workplace.
Depending on the nature of the cohort, teams will either learn how to develop and engage their teams in the building of a team charter, or in the situation where the full team attends, the facilitator will help the teams develop their own team charter ensuring high engagement and ownership
